File attachments in the prompter

Files attach to a message as chips, dropped anywhere on the session pane, drawn as what they are rather than as one glyph for everything.

Attachments arrive as chips on the prompter and stay chips in the sent message, so a transcript records what a question actually carried.

A drop lands anywhere on the session pane rather than on a target you have to find. Each attachment is drawn as what it is (an image, a PDF, a spreadsheet) instead of the same glyph repeated, and a tile opens the file it is a picture of.

Where a provider will silently drop a file, the composer says so before you send. Where the agent handles it itself, it says nothing. By the third session, nobody reads a note that appears every time.
