Real app icons, updates that run, and a menu that reads
The permissions page shows each application's real icon, the update path actually installs, and a menu that had grown past what it could explain was rewritten.
Settings → Permissions lists the macOS applications an agent may drive. It was drawing a generic glyph for each of them, which made a list of twelve applications a list of twelve identical rows. It now reads each application's own icon off disk.
A saved sign-in gets a sheet rather than an inline expansion, so the credential and what it unlocks are stated in one place.
The update flow is the substantive fix. The check for a newer Realm was correct; the install it offered afterwards did not always complete. It does now.
