Scheduled tasks: a clock in front of the runs

A session can be scheduled to run on a clock, with the schedule, the next firing and the history of past firings all in one place.

Realm could already run an agent, resume it, and let one session delegate to another. What it could not do was start one without a person present.

A scheduled task is a prompt, a workspace and a cadence. It runs in the space it belongs to, produces an ordinary session with an ordinary transcript, and its output is inspectable afterwards exactly like a run you started yourself.

The schedule list shows what will fire next and what fired last, because a scheduler whose state you cannot read is a scheduler you stop trusting after the first surprise.
