Agent CLIs Realm can check, install and update

Realm learns where each installed agent CLI came from, checks for newer versions without touching the machine, and offers the install command before the button that runs it.

Realm runs other people's binaries. Which ones are present, which are current, and which package manager owns them are facts that decide whether a session starts at all, and they were only discoverable in a terminal.

Each CLI's install route is now data rather than prose in a README. Realm learns where an installed copy actually came from (Homebrew, npm, a downloaded binary), checks the registry for a newer version on launch, and acts on none of it.

The install path shows the command first and the button that runs it second, so an install you would rather run yourself is copyable. The install decision lives behind the server rather than in the button, and Realm refuses to update a CLI a different package manager installed rather than fighting it.

The whole thing is checked against a real machine and a real registry, installing nothing. A check that stubs the registry proves the stub.
