Durable runs: a goal that owns a session across attempts

A run is a goal that survives its own failures. It owns the session, records each attempt, and can be resumed rather than restarted.

A session is a conversation; a run is an intention. Conflating them means a crashed attempt loses the thing you actually asked for, and the only recovery is to type it again.

A durable run holds the goal. Attempts happen underneath it, each recorded, and a resumed run picks up where the last attempt stopped rather than from the beginning.

Run timing is stated from the run's own record, so a restart of Realm no longer reports a stale duration for something that finished before it.
