Import sessions, memory and skills from the agent CLIs
Existing work in Claude Code, Codex and the ACP agents can be brought into Realm. Each thread comes in as its fullest copy, deduplicated, with its real title.
Nobody starts with Realm. Everyone starts with a directory full of transcripts written by the CLI they were already using, and an import that loses them is a reason not to switch.
The importer takes the fullest copy of a thread where several exist, deduplicates the archives, and keeps the real titles rather than regenerating them. Memory files and skills come across in the same pass.
