Pick an element, send it as a chip

Point at an element inside a browser pane and it arrives in the prompter as a chip, which the agent can act on as a reference instead of a screenshot and a description.

Asking an agent to change something on a page meant describing where it was. The picker replaces the description with the element.

Picked elements arrive in the prompter as chips, alongside skills and files. A chip is one thing to the caret: one backspace removes it, it does not fracture mid-word, and it says under the pointer that it is a thing to click. The prompter takes eight; the ninth is refused in the composer rather than on the wire, where the refusal would arrive too late to explain.

The transcript draws a sent message's chips as chips, so a message that carried three page elements still reads as having carried them a week later.

The picker's claims about Chrome are checked against a real Chrome, not a fixture.
