One motion ladder, and trackless scrollbars

Every timing in the renderer moved onto one ladder, popovers leave the way they arrived, and every scrollbar track is hidden rather than the nine that had been listed.

Durations had been chosen locally, one component at a time, which is how an app ends up with four different ideas of what "quick" means. They are now drawn from one ladder: interactive fills answer immediately, popovers and swaps are short, drawers and spatial moves take longer.

Popovers exit the way they entered, reversed and shorter. The archived shelf unfolds rather than snapping open. An icon button has one way to change its state: opacity, a blur from 4px to 0, and a scale from 0.25 to 1, with no bounce.

Scrollbar tracks are hidden by a rule that covers all of them rather than by an enumeration of nine, which is the kind of list that is correct on the day it is written.

A running session's ring survives having its motion taken away: under reduced motion it still reads as running, because the state is not carried by the animation alone.
