Nothing is set below 11px any more
The type floor is now enforced by a test rather than by intention. Two exceptions survive, each named individually rather than tolerated by a range.
A 10.5px uppercase micro-label looks considered on its own. Thirty-seven of them are why a page becomes unreadable, and the renderer had accumulated thirty-seven.
The floor is 11px. The exceptions are geometry or typography, never taste: a superscript sized against its own line, and text inside a box whose height is fixed by something other than the text.
Both exceptions are listed by name in the stylesheet's test rather than allowed by a range. A range would readmit the thirty-seven one at a time.
