Plan mode looks like planning
A plan is no longer a wall of assistant prose with a different label on it. Plan mode has its own card in the transcript, and the plan it produces has somewhere to go when the turn ends.
Every backend Realm speaks to can produce a plan, and until now all three arrived as ordinary assistant text. The transcript rendered them as prose, which meant the one message a reader most wants to skim, compare and come back to was the one hardest to find.
Plans now render as a card with their steps as steps. The card carries the plan's own state, so a plan that has been superseded reads differently from the one the session is currently working against.
The other half is what happens next. A plan that only exists inside a scrollback is a plan you retype; this release gives it a destination, so the work described in Plan mode can be handed to the run that carries it out without a copy and paste in between.
