Meshed settings lists, and a sidebar that is actually translucent
Settings lists mesh into their sections instead of stacking as separate blocks, and the sidebar's translucency now composites the way the setting promises.
Settings had accumulated three list idioms across its tabs: hairline rows here, background pills there, cards in the newest pages. They now share one, so a row in Permissions and a row in Connections read as the same kind of object.
The sidebar's translucency is the older bug. The material was correct, but a filter layered above it was compositing toward black, so what shipped was a slightly muddier opaque column rather than the window behind it. Removing the filter is what made the setting mean something.
Never put a backdrop blur over a translucent window surface: a filter blurs the window's own transparency, and the band reads as a dark smudge. Dissolve a scrolling edge on such a surface by masking the scroller instead. A mask paints nothing.
