Full-bleed panes and a command layer

The topbar was retired, panes run edge to edge with hairline dividers, and a global keyboard layer with a real command palette took over navigation.

The topbar was chrome above chrome. Retiring it gave the panes the whole window, separated by hairlines rather than by margins.

The command palette covers all spaces, orders by recency, starts one-shot sessions, and searches honestly: it does not claim a match it cannot open. Menus became keyboard-first, and hotkeys learned to keep out of the way of a focused terminal.

Sessions gained inline rename, a pane menu, a git context row and durable drafts; the RPC socket reconnects with backoff and catches up on the events it missed rather than resetting the view.
