Grayscale ink, the prompter, and instant sessions
The composer became the prompter: one surface carrying model, mode, workspace and context. Starting a session stopped being a form.
The ink ramp went grayscale, with the space's colour reduced to an accent. A workspace tinted end to end by whichever colour a space was assigned is a workspace that cannot show state.
The prompter collects everything that changes what the next send means (provider, model, mode, workspace, connectors) beside the thing you type, rather than in a settings sheet two clicks away.
Starting a session became immediate. The sheet that used to ask four questions first now asks none: type, and the session exists.
