A session summary: what a run made, took in, and proposed

A long session now has a summary panel beside it: the files it wrote, the context it consumed, and the plans it proposed, without scrolling the transcript to find them.

A session that has run for an hour has its evidence spread across a few hundred messages. The facts a person actually wants (what changed on disk, what was read, what was proposed and whether it was accepted) are recoverable from the transcript but not readable from it.

The summary collects them. It is a side panel rather than a card in the scrollback, because it describes the whole session rather than a moment in it, and because it needs to stay visible while you scroll the thing it is summarising.

Everything in it is derived from events the session already recorded. It states no totals it cannot source, and where a figure genuinely cannot be established it draws nothing rather than an empty meter.
